Flourless Almond Butter Banana Cookies

These healthy, delicious cookies are made with only simple and natural ingredients. Almond butter, banana, egg, vanilla, and a little maple syrup is basically all you need to make these cookies. Yet what you get is a puffy, soft, cake-like treat. It’s kind of like magic.

healthy flourless almond butter banana cookies with chocolate chipsI personally like to add some mini chocolate chips when making these cookies. This makes them taste like a banana chocolate chip cake. And while adding the chocolate chips make the cookies a little less healthy, they’re still much better for you than your average cookie.
